Thursday - community picnic and worship
On Thursday night, we invited the Hamlin community to join us for a cookout at a small park in the town. We played a lot of games, got to meet some of the children from Kids Club and others from the area.
After the cookout, we had our final worship. It included a foot-washing service in which the Youth Works leaders washed Tim, Jessica, Bryan and Brian's feet. The leaders then washed the students' feet and prayed over them. It was a very touching and powerful service.
